Obituary of Louis A. Colon

Louis A. Colon, age 53 of Mt. Laurel, formerly of Wesley Chapel, FL, passed away on March 7, 2025 at Virtua Hospital in Marlton, NJ.  He was born in Smithtown, NY on November 10, 1971.

Beloved husband of Dawn M. (nee Spear); Devoted father of Nadia Nicoletto (Lawrence "LJ"); Angelica Colon and Michael Colon; Loving grandfather of Kyla, Lucas, Colette, Bryce, Aurora, Michael Jr., and Frankie; Dear brother of Mayra Alvarez, Rosalie Rosario and Amy Gonzalez; Cherished son of Gladys Santos and the late Felipe Colon.

Louis was extremely proud of his Puerto Rican heritage, and enjoyed fast cars, good food and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 23 from 1:00 until 4:00 PM at VFW Post 2245, 914 East Main Street, Maple Shade, NJ 08052.  Please park across the street from the VFW.
