Obituary of Edwin T Gledhill Jr.

Ed Gledhill Jr., age 82 of Pennsauken, passed away on December 14, 2025 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden.  He was born in Philadelphia, PA on January 16, 1943 to the late Edwin T. Sr. and Catherine (nee Simmonds) Gledhill.

Beloved husband of Susan M. (nee Heffron); Devoted father of Edwin III, Joseph (Cindy) and Stephen (Ashley) Gledhill; Loving grandfather of Hope, Faith and Joseph Thomas "JT".

Prior to his retirement in 2003, Ed was a math teacher at Strawberry Mansion High School in Philadelphia for 38 years.  He was also an avid musician, playing both guitar and bass.

A Celebration of Life for Ed will be held on 1/18/26 from 12-3 PM at the Grand Ballroom inside the Scottish Rite Auditorium, 315 White Horse Pike, Collingswood, NJ 08107. It surely will be a celebration of his life.
