Obituary of Milagros Negron
Milagros "Milly" Negron, age 68 years of Camden, passed away at Samaritan Hospice in Voorhees on March 6, 2026. She was born in Villalba, Puerto Rico on May 10, 1957 to the late Angel and Aurora (nee Ocasio) Santiago.
Beloved wife of the late Jose A. Negron and the late Luis Alfredo Franqui; Devoted mother of Jose A. Negron Jr. and Monica Negron Valente (Maurice Hopkins); Devoted grandmother of Eric, Jose Luis, Jacoby, Jordan, Nova, Savannah and Montez; Cherished great grandmother of Blue; Dear sister of Jose, Alicia, Gladys, Tony, Minerva, Raul, Sonia and the late Modesta. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Milly enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City. She loved the casinos, her favorite being the slot machines, and taking walks on the boardwalk. Milly also loved reading, cooking, scratchoffs, playing dominoes and tending to her plants, birds and fish. She enjoyed receiving thoughtful gifts such as balloons, flowers and keepsakes. Milly will be remembered as the feisty, fun one who loved telling jokes and making people laugh, feel loved and happy.
All services are being handled privately at the request of the family.
