Obituary of Maria M. Alvarado

Maria M. Alvarado "Mandy", age 68 years of Camden, passed away on June 14, 2020. Beloved wife of Anibal for 48 years. Devoted mother of Anibal Alvarado, Jr. and his wife LuLu. Loving grandmother of Anibal III and his wife Elena, Destiny, Maryelis, Emerald and Sapphire. Dear sister of Ernestina Lopez, Julio Soto (Migdalia), Pedro Soto, Carmen Gallo (Louis), Pete Martinez (Sara) and Isa Loftland (Paul). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat Patches. Prior to retirement, Maria worked at Verizon for many years. She was a woman of God and very religious. For Maria, family was everything and her son, Anibal (Nibito) was her pride and joy. She enjoyed going to the casinos and cherished trips and weekend getaways with her husband "Papuchi." One of their favorite places to go was Somers Point. Services are being held privately at the Falco, Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road. Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
