Obituary of Coulter James Thurber

Coulter James "Colt" Thurber, IV, age 31 of Marlton, passed away suddenly on November 10, 2020. He is the beloved son of Coulter James "Colt" Thurber III and Linda (nee Tocco) Thurber; Adoring brother to Jamie (Gary Tagland) and Julianna; Cherished uncle to Julian and Eliana; Dear grandson of Coulter and Patricia (nee Novick) Thurber Jr. and the late Salvatore "Jerry" and Dolores (nee Neri) Tocco. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Colt enjoyed music and played the piano. He was considered a child prodigy. He loved spending time outdoors whether he was skiing, at the beach, playing soccer or working removing trees or in construction. He was kind-hearted and loving and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially during the holidays. Colt adored his sisters Jamie and Julianna. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Sunday from 6 to 8 PM and Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM at the Church of St. Peter, 43 W. Maple Avenue in Merchantville. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill. Due to current Covid restrictions, masks MUST be worn inside the funeral home and church at all times, and we ask that you please pay your respects in a timely manner so that others may enter the building.
