Manuel A. Cordero-Lugo, age 71 years of Camden, passed away on April 21, 2021 at his residence. Devoted father of Rosa Lopez (the late Jose), Manuel Cordero (Carmen) and Carmen Cordero (Adam Hansrote). Loving grandfather of Joseph Lopez, Matthew Lopez, Christopher Lopez, Gavin Cordero, Manuel A. Cordero-Hansrote, Reaya Hansrote, Jailyn Cordero, Makayla Cordero and Christopher Cordero and great grandfather of Cayden and Jovanni. Dear brother of Isabel Cordero-Lugo. Also survived by longtime companion and the mother of his children, Sonia Soto and nieces, Carmen Lourdes-Perez and Sonia Perez. Manuel was well known in the Latin music industry and sang with many famous artists all over the world. He was a talented singer and percussionist and a member of the Orquestra La Sorpresa. Music was a life passion of his and he cherished time spent with his children and grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Monday, May 3, 2021 from 5:30-7:30 PM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held 7:30 PM. Final disposition will be private and at the convenience of the family.
