Obituary of Arnaldo Fernandez

Arnaldo Fernandez, age 91 years of Pennsauken for 42 years, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on June 6, 2022.
 
Beloved husband of Ana (nee Bourricaudy) for 65 years.  Devoted father of Luisa Rubio, Arnaldo Fernandez, Jr., Alfredo Fernandez, Ana M. Fernandez (Margarita Maisonet) and the late Marilin Fernandez.  Loving grandfather of Dailena Lopez Rubio, who he had a special bond with and was his caretaker, as well as 8 more grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.  Dear brother of the late Hector Fernandez.  Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
 
Prior to retirement 10 years ago at the age of 81, Arnaldo worked for many years as a business owner.  He was a proud participant at the STARS Adult Medical Day Care Center in Camden.  Arnaldo loved Cuban music, working on cars, smoking a good cigar and pig roasting.
 
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday, June 10, 2022 from 6-8 PM and Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 9-10 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Stephen, 6300 Browning Road.  Entombment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to STARS Community Resources Inc. 1470 Haddon Ave Camden, NJ 08103.
