Obituary of Alda Lalli

Alda Lalli, age 94 of Marlton, formerly of Haddon Township, passed away on February 27, 2024 at Brightview at Greentree in Marlton, New Jersey.  She was born on June 4, 1929 in Camden, New Jersey to the late Michael and Gina Lalli;

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Guy Lalli and her sister Josephine (Guido) Feriozzi.  She was the beloved aunt of Renee (Wayne) DeSimone and Lynn (Joseph) Sonk and late Dennis (Margie) Feriozzi and Michael (Patti) Feriozzi.  She will also be sadly missed by her very close cousins Lola (Dick) Soldo, Ernest (Pat) Feriozzi, Janet (Michael) Yorgun and Melanie (Jim) Lord and their families.

Alda worked for over 40 years at RCA in Camden and after retirement was active in the community particularly fundraising for the American Cancer Society.  She was very proud of her Camden Italian heritage and spent her retirement years in close contact with many of her friends from that neighborhood, including hosting Friday card games for many years.  She loved planning and participating in family events, enjoying hours with friends and listening to opera.

Alda spent the final years of her life at Brightview Greentree in Marlton, New Jersey.  The family is grateful for the care she received at Brightview.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Parish of St. Joseph the Worker, Church of St. Vincent Pallotti, 901 Hopkins Road in Haddon Township on Tuesday, March 5 beginning at 10:45 AM, where a Mass of Christian Burial will begin PROMPTLY at 11 AM.  Interment will take place privately at a later date at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Alda's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
