Obituary of Carlton Bethea

Carlton Bethea, age 58 of Haddon Township, passed away suddenly at his home on November 19, 2024.  He was born in Philadelphia, PA on June 26, 1966 to Samuel and Dolores (nee Little) Bethea.

Beloved husband of Meredith A. (nee Griffith); Devoted father of Dontez (Tiara), Darnell (Danielle), Darren (Kaia), Justin (Melissa), Shawn and Mikayla; Loving grandfather of DJ, Payton, Isaiah, Chanel and JJ; Dear brother of Greg (Stephanie), Mike, Corey (Sherean), Jeffrey and the late Rodney.

Carl worked for the past 10 years with Bob Meyer Communities.  He enjoyed working in the communities he helped to build and to talk to the new homeowners as they moved in.  He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, and loved going to games or watching them on tv.  He also enjoyed having bbqs, relaxing by the pool, spending time with his children, and being the life of the party as the best DJ around.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 10 AM until Noon at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at Noon.
