Obituary of Janice L. Tedeschi

Janice L. Tedeschi, age 67 of Pennsauken for over 30 years, passed away on December 3, 2024 at her sister's home in Cherry Hill.  She was born in Camden on January 15, 1957.

Beloved daughter of the late Carmen and Joan (nee MacDonald) Tedeschi; Devoted mother of Rachael Tedeschi; Dear sister of Susan Overbey and the late Ronald Tedeschi (late Melissa); Cherished aunt of Nicole Overbey-Taylor (Joshua), Robert Tedeschi and David Tedeschi.  She is also survived by her faithful Havanese dog, Cody.

Janice was a nurse for over 35 years, working at Kennedy Hospital in Cherry Hill and later for Bayada Home Health Services.  She loved being a nurse and being able to spend her days caring for others.  In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, going on cruises, spending time at her shore trailer in Ocean View or on the Sea Isle City beach.  She loved animals, spending time with her family and friends, and talking on the phone for hours on end.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday from 10 to 11 AM at the Catholic Community of Christ Our Light Church, 402 Kings Highway North in Cherry Hill, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM.  Interment will follow at Locustwood Memorial Park in Cherry Hill.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to the Animal Welfare Association, 509 Centennial Blvd., Voorhees, NJ 08043.
